Ciara Costello
Founder, Creative Producer & Wellbeing Co-ordinator
Ciara is an Irish Creative Producer, Wellbeing Coordinator, and founder of Brí Films a County Meath-based production company committed to creating meaningful, inclusive, and care-led film and television productions. With over two decades of experience in the arts and screen industry, Ciara has worked across development, production, and creative producing, collaborating closely with writers, directors, and production teams to bring compelling stories from concept to screen. Passionate about storytelling that resonates, Ciara combines creative leadership with a strong commitment to the wellbeing of cast and crew, believing that the best productions are built on respect, collaboration, and trust. Through Brí Films, she champions diverse voices, authentic storytelling, and production environments where creativity and people can thrive together. Ciara has served as a submissions judge for both the Richard Harris International Film Festival and the Meath Film Festival, recognising emerging filmmaking talent from around the world. She is also a regular panel speaker and advocate for wellbeing and inclusion within the screen industry, sharing her experience on sustainable production practices and Brí Films' HEART Principles—Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork. Whether producing films, supporting filmmakers, or developing new creative partnerships, Ciara's mission remains the same: to tell stories with heart while fostering an industry where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
David Costello
Production Designer & Director of Development
David is a well of knowledge behind the camera, bringing artistic vision to life through innovative concepts and striking production design. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of visual storytelling, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the look and feel of every Brí Films project, ensuring each story is not only compelling but visually distinctive and emotionally resonant. His experience spans across high-level industry work, having contributed as an animator with Warner Bros., where he honed his craft in world-building, character, and visual dynamics, and working across several productions with RTÉ, gaining invaluable insight into broadcast standards and storytelling for diverse audiences.
David’s creative development leadership is central to Brí Films’ identity, guiding projects from early concept through to screen with clarity, originality, and cohesion. His ability to translate ideas into powerful visual language elevates every production, while his collaborative approach ensures that each creative voice is supported and enhanced. Through his work, David helps define a bold and recognisable visual style for Brí Films, where storytelling and design work seamlessly together.
Avril Flemming
Wellbeing Consultant
Avril Flemming is the Wellbeing Consultant at Brí Films, working across productions to support the wellbeing needs of both talent and crew. Her role is centred on creating a positive, supportive and inclusive working environment where people feel heard, valued and able to perform at their best.
Newly qualified in 2024, Avril brings a dedicated focus to wellbeing within the film and television industry. She works alongside production teams and individuals throughout the different stages of a production, helping to identify and respond to wellbeing needs while encouraging a culture of openness, respect and care.
From supporting the day-to-day needs of cast and crew to helping foster a healthier working environment, Avril plays an important role in Brí Films’ commitment to putting people at the heart of every production.
Her work reflects Brí Films’ belief that a successful production should not come at the expense of the people who make it happen, because when talent and crew feel supported, respected and well, everyone has the opportunity to do their best work.
Sara Noonan
Production Assistant
Sara joined the Brí Films team in 2026 as a Production Assistant, bringing her passion for film and television, strong organisational skills, and enthusiasm for storytelling. A graduate of Dublin City University with a background in Communication Studies, she has experience across media, video production, television drama, and on-set production.
Sara supports cast, crew, and production teams behind the scenes, helping projects run smoothly and efficiently. She brings a positive, hardworking, and collaborative approach, with a strong willingness to learn and develop her skills in producing.
Passionate about meaningful and authentic storytelling, Sara is excited to build her experience while contributing to Brí Films’ care-led approach to creating purposeful, inclusive, and engaging screen productions.
